Rules and How to Enter:
To enter, simply answer the 2 questions listed at the end of this post in the comments below. Comments will be kept private so you are free to answer from your heart.
Three of our team members will be reviewing each response and will collectively decide the winner of the membership. Giveaway ends Monday, February 24, 2014 at 11:59pm PT. Any responses received after that time will not be considered. Winner will be notified via email by Thursday, February 27, 2014. Winner will be announced by Friday, February 28th with the name listed in this post and also on social media.
Important: Winner MUST be able to attend Costume College 2014 in Woodland Hills, California (Los Angeles area) August 1-3, 2014. Giveaway is for one membership only (value up to $175) which gets you access to all unlimited classes with a chance to sign-up for limited attendance classes when the registration books are sent out in April to all registered members, and the ice cream social on Friday night.
Winner is responsible for ALL additional expenses related to travel to the event location and other weekend expenses (hotel, food, class fees, etc.) for the event. Winner must comply with all Costumer’s Guild West, Inc. rules and guidelines regarding the Costume College event. Jennifer Rosbrugh and HistoricalSewing.com is not responsible for unused membership if winner cannot attend. Winner will not receive cash, whether they attend the event or not. If the winner is a member of the Costumer’s Guild West, Inc., the value of the membership prize will reflect the current CGW member price of a 2014 Costume College membership.
In the event the winner selected has already paid for a Costume College 2014 membership, winner may select a second option of receiving a paid Gala ticket (value up to $85) OR Tea ticket (value up to $60) (depending on availability) for these events that require separate admission at Costume College 2014. The winner may choose to forfeit the second option, thus, a new winner will be selected. Winner cannot transfer the paid membership prize (or event ticket prize) to another individual at any time as this giveaway is being paid for by another entity. Any funds used to pay for the membership (or event ticket) in this giveaway, whether used or unused, will remain the property of Costumer’s Guild West to use as they see fit (hopefully towards future scholarships).
